Facilities and activities

The playground has a large play building that has a craft room where a range of creative activities for children take place. The main room contains a pool table, table football, tv games consoles and table games and also the opportunity for children to talk together. Outside there is a large play structure, an outdoor stage, a sand put, ariel runwat and large swing, also an under 8 area, all set in a large grass area. Other facilities include, natural areas, sports courts, kitchen, toilets and staff office. 

Layout

The building is all on one level so no steps are involved. it has disables access and toilets, changing facilities and an electronic hoist. A ramp leads into the main roon with dividing doors into the soft play / craft areas, also the shower / toilet block. Double doors lead onto the court area. 

Recent developments

Refurbishment of the sports courts, the bike track, the structures, and the nature areas has taken place under Play Pathfinder funding.

No on site paking facilities but parking available on the street outside.

Age range: 5-16 years. Under 5s are welcome with a parent/carer.
